Please help! How do I get this out of satin fabric?

By raysmithtx · Monday, May 10th, 2010

I am amking a satin ballgown for a customer. Well, while I’m cutting it out, my dad walks in and drops a piece of apple he’s peeling right on the fabric! The juice left a stain. How can I get this out! The store is an hour away, and the fabric is expensive. Is there any way to get this out? Thanks so much.

Try a dab of baking soda with vinegar. Its very gentle for sensitive clothing.

very clean damp cloth, wipe the stain towards the nearest seam. you might need to damp a large area so not to leave water marks. so seam to seam dry naturally.
