We have no set schedule that we publish the newsletter under. We simply wait until something has changed, or we figure out something that is working better now. There are times that we find methods or processes that work too and we send that information out also.

We sometimes go for weeks between newsletters, so if you are worried about signing up and then being bombarded with emails, you can put your mind to rest.

Also, and this should go without saying, we will never sell, lease, rent or in any other way divulge your personal information to any third party. We are strong advocates of internet privacy (see our Privacy Policy for more details).

Lastly, we hate spam, probably more than you do. So we use an 'opt-in' system for our newsletter subscribers. What that means is that once you click the 'Subscribe' button on the form, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email.

Within that email you will see a "Confirmation Link". You must click on the confirmation link or you will not be added to our subscriber list. We occassionally are asked what this does. Well it keeps people from signing up other people. You can only subscribe for yourself because the email is sent to the email address on the form.
